The Result You Can Expect

Moving from friction to focused execution.

01 — A leadership team that takes full ownership of company goals rather than just their own departments.
02 — Clear decision-making protocols that every manager respects and follows through on consistently.
03 — Reduced internal friction and faster execution on cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Is This For You?

I support organizations where growth has created new leadership and collaboration challenges.

The Scaling Founder

You are moving from a founder-led operation to a team-led structure and need to delegate without losing control or quality.

Succession Leaders

You are navigating a change in ownership or leadership and need a neutral counterpart to ensure a stable transition.

Stalled Management

Your leadership meetings have become polite performance theater rather than places where hard strategic decisions actually get made.

Strategy. Succession. Performance.

I help organizations build shared accountability and clear decision protocols so their departments work as one cohesive unit.

I help organizations build shared accountability and clear decision protocols so their departments work as one cohesive unit.

My approach is rooted in the high-stakes reality of executive management and entrepreneurship.
Having personally led teams through private equity transitions and founder-led scaling, I understand the pressure of due diligence and the complexity of organizational growth.
I combine this corporate rigor with over 20 years of experience as a licensed handball coach, where I learned how to turn a group of individuals into a performance-oriented team.
I have navigated the professional ups and downs of various ownership structures, learning from both success and mistakes.
Today, I use that lived experience to help you see your company’s situation from a clear, objective perspective. My goal is to help you structure the chaos and bring entrepreneurial order to your operations. We will focus not just on the numbers, but on the relationships and core values that drive sustainable growth.

Leadership & Strategy Solutions

Practical frameworks to help your organization move from founder-led chaos to professional team execution.

Lead as One: From Siloed Experts to Shared Ownership

Your leadership team currently operates as separate departments with conflicting priorities. This group program will help your team explore new ways to make decisions and take ownership together - so the whole company can move faster.
Who is this program for?
Founders of companies with 10 to 100 employees who notice that most cross-departmental decisions still require their involvement - even ones that shouldn't.
Managing Directors whose department heads are skilled individually but tend to optimize for their own area when company-wide priorities are at stake.
Leadership teams experiencing a visible drop in execution speed due to internal friction and unclear decision-making rights.
Expected outcomes of our work
A structured decision-making protocol that the leadership team itself designs and commits to reducing the volume of decisions that escalate unnecessarily.
A shift toward shared accountability where leaders take ownership of cross-functional projects instead of blaming other departments.
A shared language
for raising and resolving cross-departmental tension before it becomes a strategic blocker - built by the team, for the team.

We explore the existing friction points between departments and identify where communication currently breaks down. 1 full-day offsite

The Collaborative Path to Team Unity

This process is designed to move your team from polite positioning to honest debate and clear action.

STEP 01
Initial Alignment

We begin with a thorough discussion to understand your organization's needs, explore how coaching can help, and define what success looks like in your specific situation.

STEP 02
Agreeing the Framework

Together, we define the duration, format, and budget that best support your goals and organizational needs.

STEP 03
The Work

We meet regularly in line with the agreed timeframe and format to work through real leadership and organizational challenges, bringing greater clarity, alignment, and effectiveness to the way your team works together.

STEP 04
Real-World Application

Between sessions, your team applies the agreed approaches and protocols to real business situations, turning insights into everyday practice.

STEP 05
Review & Adaptation

We review progress, assess what is working, and refine the team's ways of collaborating, making decisions, and taking ownership as new challenges emerge.

STEP 06
Next Steps

At the end of the engagement, we review the results and decide whether further support would be valuable or whether the coaching has achieved its objectives.

Success Stories

How I have helped other leaders and teams regain their momentum.

We were stuck in a cycle of founder-led micro-management. This coaching helped us build a structure where my department heads finally started acting like owners instead of just employees.

FAQ

Common Questions

Leadership trainings teach concepts - leaders leave with knowledge. This program produces working agreements the team builds together and commits to using immediately. The difference shows up not in what your leaders know, but in how they make decisions, handle conflict, and hold each other accountable without involving you.

The program is designed to solve 'execution drag,' which actually saves time in the long run. The program runs over 90 days across four modules. It combines two in-person days with four online sessions

Resistance usually comes from a fear of losing autonomy or being blamed. We use neutral frameworks and shared accountability models that protect everyone's expertise while making cross-functional wins the new priority.

The opening and closing days work best in person - being together away from the office creates the focus and honesty these sessions require. The four sessions in between run online. If needed, the full program can be delivered online, though the opening day tends to produce faster results when the team is physically in the room together.

Most teams notice a shift during Day 1 not because problems are solved but because they are named openly for the first time. First concrete changes typically appear within 30 days. Deeper shifts in accountability and cross-functional ownership consolidate between months two and three. The pace depends on the team's willingness to engage honestly and do the work between sessions.
